The HatHugger replaces your cap frame band to allow you to get closer to the bill.

Easy install! Only takes a couple minutes and a couple screws, and you're up and running!

Made from durable materials! We are using PA6-GF - Glass Fiber Reinforced Nylon for the connectors and Vinyl Coated Wire rope cable: 7x7 Strand Core at 2mm thickness.
Using Glass Fiber Reinforced Nylon allows us to prototype and manufacture parts much faster than the traditional "metal" fabrication, keeping our costs lower which keeps the cost to YOU lower!
This stuff is STRONG, we tested a connector with 50lbs of hanging weight! It hung there all day and even got swung to see if it would fail!

Our design utilizes a 2 connector with a cable between them allowing you to remove your current metal band ( 4 screws ) and replacing it with the HatHugger.
We are working on other models of machines, we currently have the designs for the frames where the band and the hinge are one piece. This replacement requires a new hinge piece, which we will be providing at an additional cost.

All Sales are FINAL! We offer a 1 year replacement warranty from date of purchase. To get your replacement, you will need to provide pictures of the broken HatHugger and are required to ship it back to us. Please contact us if you need a replacement.
